Guests can access the entire home including the outside private patio, the common pool area and the BBQ/Garden area of the building.
Other things to note
This apartment unfortunately does not have handicap access. There are approximately 60 stairs guests must go down to the building from the parking lot.
There is a 3 day minimum stay
Daily rate includes a cleaning fee of ¢80.
Cancelation Policy
You may cancel your reservation up to 30 days prior to your check-in date for a full refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 30 days of the check-in date.
